CSS Tinderbox - Open Source Website Templates
The CSS Tinderbox is an effort to support open source web design by providing very basic, yet solid, CSS/XHTML design templates that web designers and web developers can use as the foundation for their own projects.
This is a great help for someone just learning to create CSS based layouts. For someone who is just beginning, it would be a good idea to take a template like one of these and study, play with, and edit the code to figure out exactly what is going on.
